Clients or companies often need to disclose their ideas before a web design or development contract is finalized, as they cannot rely on confidentiality clauses in the designers’ or developers’ terms and conditions. That is why signing an NDA at the preliminary stage would be the most practical.

Step 7 – Finally, the Disclosing and Receiving Parties should sign to complete the agreement.
Additionally, it is crucial to include provisions to return or destroy confidential information after the project is completed.
